These Provider-Specific Terms apply to Numbering Suite for Confluence and supplement the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (Version 1.0) below. In the event of a conflict, these Provider-Specific Terms take precedence.
Numbering Suite for Confluence is designed to operate entirely within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem using Forge-hosted infrastructure. It provides stable, unique ID numbering for content within Atlassian Confluence through three macros: Num ID, Num Link, and Num Report.
IT Bridgers provides support via itbridgers.com/support and at support@itbridgers.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days, Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00 CET.
Support does not include custom development, document migration, or customer-specific workflow implementation unless separately agreed in writing.
Numbering Suite for Confluence stores app data within Atlassian Forge infrastructure and the Customer's Confluence Cloud environment. The app does not intentionally transfer Customer content to external IT Bridgers-managed servers. See the full Privacy Policy at itbridgers.com/numapp-privacy.
The App is a paid application. Licensing, billing, trials, and renewals are managed by Atlassian through the Atlassian Marketplace. If a license expires, existing IDs, Num Link navigation and reports remain visible and functional. Creating or editing macros requires an active license.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
