Privacy Policy

    Numbering Suite for Confluence does not collect, store, or process any personal data. All data created by the app remains within your Atlassian Confluence instance and is never transmitted to external servers.
  

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how IT Bridgers s.r.o. ("IT Bridgers", "we", "us") handles data in connection with Numbering Suite for Confluence ("the App"), a Forge app available on the Atlassian Marketplace.

The App is built on the Atlassian Forge platform. By design, all App data is stored exclusively within Atlassian's infrastructure — no data is sent to or stored on IT Bridgers servers.

2. Data stored by the App

The App stores the following data within your Confluence instance, using Atlassian Forge KVS (key-value storage) and Confluence page properties:

Num ID macro configurations — prefix names, start numbers, increments, display styles
Assigned ID numbers — the sequential number assigned to each Num ID macro
ID titles — the text placed after a Num ID macro on a Confluence page
Text context — a short excerpt of text immediately before each Num ID macro (up to 32 characters), used for navigation and search highlighting
Num Link macro configurations — target page and ID references
Num Report macro configurations — source page, prefix filters, report title
Page-level cache — a structured index of IDs per page used for performance optimisation

None of the above constitutes personal data as defined under applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data we do not collect

The App does not collect, store, or process:

Names, email addresses, or any user identifiable information
Atlassian account IDs or user profile data
Usage analytics or behavioural data
IP addresses or device information
Any data transmitted to IT Bridgers or third-party servers

4. Data location and security

All data stored by the App resides within Atlassian's Forge infrastructure and your Confluence Cloud instance. IT Bridgers has no access to this data. Atlassian's security, compliance, and data residency policies apply. For details, refer to atlassian.com/trust.

5. Atlassian Marketplace

The App is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian may collect data related to app installation, licensing, and usage as part of the Marketplace platform. This data is governed by Atlassian's Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
